Primary
Our Primary classrooms are beautifully and intentionally prepared, creating a home away from home where the children are able to find joy in learning, become absorbed in activities and develop the academic foundation that they need for future success.

Subjects Offered
Practical Life
Practical Life activities such as transferring and pouring, fastening and unfastening and food preparation, help children to develop their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and to be able to complete multi-step tasks with confidence and independence.
Sensorial Materials
Sensorial materials help children to sharpen their perception and logical thinking though comparing, classifying and isolating concepts such as texture, colour, dimension, shape and weight
Language and Literacy
Language and Literacy starts early as children learn about phonics through visual and tactile materials such as objects, pictures, sandpaper letters and moveable alphabets. Our learners move seamlessly through building words, to reading and writing.
Mathematics
concrete materials help children to understand and master concepts such as number and quantity, addition, subtraction, the decimal system and geometry
Culture and Science
Culture and Science activities such as geography, botany, zoology, art and music are all part of daily activities that help the children to build on their natural curiosity about the world around them.
Our Learning Environment
Each classroom is fully equipped with Montessori learning materials, with outdoor learning spaces and gardens extending exploration beyond the classroom. Art and music facilities inspire creativity, while small group areas support collaborative projects and social learning.

Our Approach
The Primary programme builds on Montessori foundations, emphasising critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Small classes (maximum 12 students per group) allow teachers to personalise learning and give children space to grow at their own pace.
After a child has practised with a material/activity to develop a specific skill and is ready for the next level of presentation of new materials, lessons, or activities, the pupil demonstrates mastery of skills to a teacher. This is also the moment for the child to ‘teach’ or ‘share’ his newly acquired knowledge to other students. Teachers ensure that the child has opportunities to act as a role model and feel proud of their accomplishments.
